Payment
Payment can be made in any currency by PayPal or with a debit / credit card (processed via PayPal). It is a fully encrypted and secure transaction.


Shipping
Please allow up to 10 days for domestic deliveries unless stated otherwise and up to 28 days for European orders. International orders will be sent International Economy and can take up to 8 weeks, please state on checkout if you would like another service. Totally Okay will endeavour to have your items with you sooner. Pre-order items will be shipped as stated at purchase. If there are special requirements upon delivery please make notes to that effect upon checkout. Orders are either sent out flat or rolled in a postal tube, this is stipulated with the product information. Domestic post is handled by Royal Mail and non-domestic items are handled by the relevant services to that domain.


Returns
We hope you are very happy with your purchase. However if there is an issue, please contact Totally Okay before returning any items — info@totallyokay.co.uk
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free.

Return Conditions:
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible. Totally Okay suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the needed. Totally Okay will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Returning a package:
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Totally Okay is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage:

Force Majeure:
Events outside Totally Okay's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Totally Okay is released from Totally Okay's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment:
All products remain Totally Okay's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parent's permission to buy from Totally Okay.

Additional Information:
Totally Okay reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Totally Okay has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Totally Okay shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
